We invite everyone interested in supporting the organization of the next edition of Octopus Film Festival to join our volunteer team.

Recruitment results will be sent via email. Please note that submitting the application form does not automatically guarantee acceptance into the volunteer program. Final decisions will be made after reviewing all submitted applications.
What do volunteers do during Octopus Film Festival?
The main responsibilities of volunteers include:
- assisting with audience organization and guest services
- supporting outdoor screenings
- working at information points
- helping with workshops and talks
- assisting people with disabilities or special access needs
- supporting the preparation of scenography and installations for special screenings
A detailed description of tasks will be discussed during the organizational meeting, which will take place before the festival begins.
Will I receive a certificate or recommendation after volunteering?
Yes. After the festival, every volunteer can receive a certificate confirming their participation in the volunteer program. To obtain it, simply contact the volunteer coordinator after the festival.
Does the organizer cover insurance, travel, accommodation or meals?
Unfortunately, volunteers are responsible for covering their own travel, accommodation and meals.
The organizer provides liability and accident insurance during the volunteering period.

Can volunteers attend festival events?
Yes. All volunteers are welcome to attend screenings and talks within the Octopus Film Festival program during their free time.
